Joanne Kenna

Joanne Kenna is the Regional Director for Dale Carnegie Training in State of Kuwait. She has over 25 years of diversified experience in business, management, sales and marketing consulting.

Joanne began her career representing Dale Carnegie Training in New York City. She was General Manager of the New York City organziation and the recipient of international sales and management awards including the prestigious President's Club award.

Joanne was appointed Regional Director in Kuwait in November. 2001. Since that time over 3000 Kuwait business people have participated in Dale Carngeie Training!

Joanne and her team have developed business relationships with KPC Petroleum Training Group, EQUATE, Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, National Aviation Services, Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, Commercial Bank of Kuwait and Gulf Investment Corp.

For the past 5 years, Dale Carnegie Training has partnered with the Kuwait Chamber to provide open enrollment programs for the local business community. The Chamber 's schedule of upcoming programs is listed on this website.

Joanne earned her BA degree from Marist College, NY and has done postgraduate work at the New School University. She is married to Ed and has two sons - Jordan and Ryan. The Kenna's live in Cold Spring, NY.

He is a licensed multi course leader and a Master Trainer ( Trainer and Assessment Trainer) for the world -wide network of over 3000 licensed Dale Carnegie trainers.

Darrell Pickering is a course leader and a global Dale Carnegie trainer possessing over 15 years of diversified experience in business management, organizational development and personal effectiveness coaching.

His philosophy emphasizes the importance of understanding human differences and work styles and how those differences allow for creativity, prodcutivity and personal development.

Ellen Oldfield is an international Dale Carnegie course leader possessing over 15 years of executive recruting, markleting and consutling experience.

Her fields of expertise include accounting, finance, and executive level administrative disciplines within healthcare. She has trained and mentored top producng new recruiters and sales representatives from across the US, developing the skills of new coaches and managers while motivating experienced prodcuers to maintain outstanding results.

She develops and delivers customized coaching and training solutions to many corporate clients including Verizon, Kuwait Petroleum and the United Nations. She is also responsible for working with new and experienced Dale Carnegie Course trainers to improve their management and training skills.

She has been a guest speaker for groups like the American Worksite Health Promotion, and "Breakfast and the City", an organization of Human Resource professionals.
